The Evolution and Translation of National Fitness Policy System in China

The formulation of a national fitness policy is not only response to the country's macro requirements, but also people's sporting needs. Policy makers should take into account needs citizens, regard their physical as its core, and further promote mass sport, which can serve powerful force for social development, higher level. If we want be sport power, involve all citizens doing exercises staying healthy, need summarize history policy, reveal advantages find effective ways translate it. Having gained great progress, in China has gone through three times evolution. In this paper, I will introduce status each stage discuss realistic translation system, with view bringing textual practice really boosting development fitness.
